Reducing Hair Loss after Shampooing

Have you ever noticed the amount of hair that you lose when you shampoo? I know I have noticed. I blow dry and flat iron my hair after shampooing and the brush is always full of hair, not to mention the sink.

Well, I have discovered a little trick that seems to reduce the amount of hair I lose each time I shampoo. When I first get in the shower I completely soak my hair and rinse out all the hair products that I always put on. Next I grab some conditioner (Yes- conditioner) and put it all over my hair and then rinse out.

After applying the conditioner first, then I shampoo and condition again per usual. Adding the initial conditioner before shampooing seems to really cut down on the amount of hair I am losing.
Maybe you should try it out and see if it works for you. Oh, and an added bonus is that my hair is extra soft and more manageable when I do this.
